Located in the heart of Ilfracombe, just a short walk from the town's range of local shops, restaurants and pubs and the Landmark Theatre. Ideally situated for the South West Coast Path too, which runs right through Ilfracombe.

Ilfracombe is within a short driving distance of Barnstaple, Exmoor National Park and various villages so it’s perfectly located for exploring North Devon. The nearest train station is in Barnstaple, a 25 minute drive from Ilfracombe. The station has regular routes to Exeter, with connecting routes to Plymouth and locations all across the UK. 

There are plenty of bus routes throughout Ilfracombe. Hop on the 21 or 301 which travel to Barnstaple, or the 31 which has stops in Woolacombe and Morthoe.
There is no allocated parking for this property. There is limited free on-street parking nearby, and there is also several pay and display car parks in Ilfracombe. The nearest Pay and Park is at the Landmark theatre car park (postcode  EX34 9BZ).

A great flat for a couple of days by the sea. Perfect for watching the sunsets over the sea, going for walks along the seafront and along to the harbour and shops. The kitchen has everything you could need if you wanted to cook during your stay. Parking not an issue in the car park over the ro....
